- Afore Insurance Services, LLC announced that it acquired the assets of Broussard and Associates, Inc. (dba Innovative Insurance Services), strategically entering the vibrant Tennessee market and adding an office location in the Nashville metropolitan area.
- Kimberlee Broussard, Thomas Broussard, and all their existing employees will join Afore to expand its commercial and personal lines insurance business throughout the state. This strategic move will allow Afore to strengthen its presence in Tennessee and provide Innovative Insurance with the resources to support its rapid growth.
ALPHARETTA, Ga., Feb. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Afore Insurance Services, LLC (Afore) announced today the acquisition of Franklin, Tennessee-based Broussard and Associates, Inc. doing business as Innovative Insurance Services. Principals Kimberlee and Thomas Broussard and all of Innovative’s existing employees have joined Afore as part of this acquisition. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Agency owners continue to choose Afore, allowing the company to expand nationally.
Adding Tennessee to its national footprint, Afore recently announced several other acquisitions, including new buys in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida. The company plans to continue expanding its presence across the United States.
