SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The ownership group of Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids (Cookie Cutters), one of North America’s leading children’s salon franchises, has acquired Snip-its Franchising Company, LLC and Affiliates, forming the new entity Snip-its Franchising, LLC. The acquisition adds 38 Snip-its salons and 15 franchisees to the ownership group’s system, expanding their total footprint to 159 locations across the U.S. and Canada and establishing the largest multi-brand children’s salon platform in the country.
Together, the two trusted brands will operate under one experienced ownership group, with plans to leverage shared systems, vendor relationships, and technology to drive efficiency and franchisee success. The acquisition marks a strategic step toward solidifying their leadership in the children’s salon category.
